The Mongoose Customer Forum is a half-day event created by and for higher ed professionals who use Mongoose to connect with students, alumni, and stakeholders in powerful ways. Hosted by Aurora University, this regional gathering brings together Mongoose customers to share real stories, brainstorm new ideas, and build lasting peer connections. Whether you’re in enrollment, advancement, student success, or communications, this event is built to inspire and equip you.

9:30 – 9:45 AM: Welcome & Opening Remarks

We’ll kick things off with a warm welcome from Mongoose and our hosts at Aurora University. You’ll get an overview of what’s in store for the day and why this forum is designed for collaboration, connection, and learning.

9:45 – 10:15 AM: Featured Session: Trends in Higher Ed Engagement

An inspiring look at what’s shaping the future of student and constituent communication featuring insights from a thought leader or guest speaker. Learn how other institutions are adapting to changing expectations and driving more meaningful engagement.

10:15 – 11:00 AM: Mongoose Vision & Roadmap

Be the first to hear what’s new and what’s next at Mongoose. Our product team will walk through recent enhancements and future plans, offering a look behind the scenes at how we’re continuing to evolve our platform to better serve your campus.

11:00 – 12:00 PM: Customer Panel: Real-World Success & Best Practices

Hear directly from Mongoose users who are doing innovative work. Learn from their challenges and successes, and walk away with ideas you can bring back to your own team.

12:00 AM – 1:00 PM: Networking Lunch

Enjoy a delicious lunch while continuing conversations sparked during the morning sessions. We’ll offer themed tables by focus area—Enrollment, Advising, Advancement, and more, so you can sit with peers in similar roles.

1:00 – 1:30 PM: Birds of a Feather Breakouts

Choose your own adventure with roundtable-style breakout sessions. These informal discussions give you space to dig into topics that matter most to your day-to-day work, share ideas, and ask questions in a smaller setting.

1:30 – 2:00 PM: Customer Recognition & Closing Remarks

Let’s celebrate the creativity and impact of our community! We’ll spotlight standout customer stories and recognize a few folks going above and beyond. We’ll wrap up with a few final thoughts and share what’s coming next both from Mongoose and for future forums. Don’t forget to grab some swag and stay in touch!
